1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 3djili website accessible at https://3djili.xyz, including all games, services, features, and content made available therein.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 3djili platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on the 3djili platform, through which the player accesses games and services.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on 3djili, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on 3djili. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 3djili employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and all associated balances and winnings forfeited without prior notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 3djili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 3djili immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4.4 KYC Verification

3djili is required to conduct KYC verification in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3djili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 3djili account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account. 3djili does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 3djili bears no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and internal review. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within one (1) hour of approval; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 3djili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 3djili account holder.

5.4 Currency and Taxes

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on their winnings under Philippine tax law. 3djili does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

3djili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered the specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty (30) times in total. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently closed.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

3djili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform or by email to registered players where reasonably practicable.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 3djili platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 3djili shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

3djili does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 3djili makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, 3djili's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Your continued use of the 3djili platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
